It is so easy to turn Tyson in to a characature of himself, from his high pitched voice and lisp, to the rambling, the ear-biting, the rape charges, the pigeon obsession, etc. It would also have been easy to paint him as simply "misunderstood". The truth about Tyson, as the truth in most things, lies somewhere in the middle. Tyson is thoughtful. He is misunderstood. But as much as he is a victim of his upbringing and of his fame, he is also the architecht of much his own destruction. Overall I thought it was fascinating and extraordinarily well done.
